What we collect
Only what you type into the Free Growth Audit form on this site:
- Your name, your business name and your WhatsApp number (required)
- Your email address and your website, Google or Instagram link (optional)
- The options you tick about what you need help with
- How you reached the page (the referring link or campaign parameters in the address you arrived with)
- Anti-spam information: how the form was filled in, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address, and we do not store the address itself.
Why we use it
To reply to you and to prepare the audit you asked for. We do not use it for anything else.
Where it is stored and how long we keep it
Your enquiry is saved in this website’s own admin area on our server, and a notification email is sent to us. We keep it for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your details and we do not share them with other companies. Two service providers handle the traffic on the way: the notification email is delivered by our email provider, and this website is served through Cloudflare, which carries the connection between your browser and our server.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress sets a cookie only for someone who logs in to the site’s admin area. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to tell real visitors from bots.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
